Online Returns

All eligible returns are subject to a return postage fee of $15 (plus applicable taxes). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable no refunds to the original form of payment for the sale or discounted merchandise. Please see additional information regarding purchases and discounted items below. We do not offer price adjustments online. 

Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the order confirmation date. Please email info@sheclothing.ca Include the order number in the subject line and the issue.

For all returns:

• Item(s) must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Returns are subject to validation and approval by She.

• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, accessories, underwear, perfume or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.

 

Sale & Discounted Merchandise

Sale and discounted merchandise 20% off or less of the regular price may be returned for credit. To be eligible, item(s) must be returned and received at our warehouse within 14 days of the order confirmation date.

Sale and discounted merchandise 21% off or greater than the regular price, gift cards, accessories, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
